Fish Fry Fridays
St. Andrew’s Knights of Columbus Council #8001 will have their famous Fish Fry every Friday during Lent, except for Good Friday. They will have the plates available for lunch at the Parish Hall from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and for dinner from 5:00 p.m. until they sell out. The plates will be $12 each, and will include three pieces of fried fish, french fries, hush puppies, and coleslaw.
The first KC Fish Fry is scheduled for Friday, February 16th.
The St. Andrew Guadalupanas & Guadalupanos Society will also have their famous Capirotada for sale, as well as other desserts. Capirotada is a delicious, homemade, bread-pudding type dessert that is a Lenten tradition in many homes.
